Here’s yet another accomplishment from HomeChoice Planners. The Johnsen project at Hillsborough Pointe is now over and done. This two-storey project can now be seen physically in one of the upper middle subdivisions here in the Pueblo de Oro Township.

The dream house of the Johnsen family was turned over last September 22, 2012. In the same day, they held their house blessing. The blessing of the house was officiated by Ptr. Elpie Taboclaon of the CDO First Assembly of God church. Other relatives and friends of the concerned family were present in the blessing; the staffs of HomeChoice Planners and members of the CDO FAOG church were present also. A satisfying dinner then followed after the blessing of the house.

It was an awesome celebration because finally the family can enjoy staying in their new humble abode. It’s also a thanksgiving offered to our Savior for the great blessings that he has showered upon the Johnsen family and also to our company.

HomeChoice Planners would like to thank the Johnsen family for entrusting us in turning their dream house into reality. We are grateful for being a tool in realizing the family’s dream. To the Lord Almighty, thank you so much for the amazing things that you have given to us. Cheers to us!

It’s just fulfilling to see that we have yet accomplished another construction project. We’re happy to inform that this certain project that we’ve been working for almost seven months is officially done. We are also honored to be a tool in realizing the dream house of this amazing family.

On May 31, 2012, the newly built house at Philam-Life Village has turned over to the Ignacio family. At the same time, they conducted their house blessing. They invited their family and friends to witness the unveiling and blessing of their humble abode. A pastor from their church officiated in the blessing of the house, but before the blessing, he shared to us words of wisdom that is worth pondering to. Words telling us that each one of us is blessed by the Almighty Father big time. The Lord God created us in this world not to suffer but to enjoy and appreciate all the things that is intended for us.

HomeChoice Planners is indeed grateful for this fulfilled project. Seeing the satisfaction and smiles plastered on the faces of the concerned family is worth all the effort and hard work that we have put onto this project. Thank you to the Ignacio family who in one way put their trust in us to build their house. Thank you for believing in our abilities to realize your dream house. Big thanks also to our loving Almighty Father who continually blessed us with so many projects. All of our success, we lift it up to Him.

It’s official! The house that we’ve been working on at Golden Glow Village is now done. We’ve worked on it for 6 months or so, and now it’s finished! The house was officially turned over to the Buerano family last week.

April 12, 2012 – a date to remember for the Buerano family. The two-storey house with its complete state was turned over to them. What a perfect timing to spend their summer! It’ll be spending it on their new abode. Staycation is what they’ll be having I guess, because it would be so much fun to have bonding moments with the family. In a way that while they’re unpacking and arranging new things and furniture for their house, they could also have more time to bond and talk with each other.

On the said date, the staffs of HomeChoice Planners and Construction Corporation together with the concerned family were present. We handed the keys of the house to the owner and let them have a check on it. It was a short meeting with the family but we had a great time. It was fulfilling to see them happy with the outcome of their house.

This newly done house at Golden Glow Village is another fulfilling project of our company. It’s going to be listed in our hall of achievements. Thanks to the family who trusted us in building their dream house. Thank you also to our dear construction workers whose hands were responsible in building the house and all the people behind this project. And of course, a very big thanks to the Lord Almighty for the guidance and protection.

And it was done! Months of waiting for this project at Kisanlu; and now, the time has come! After almost 7 months of working for this house construction, it is now finished. This is another project that we’re proud of its completion. It’s an added achievement for HomeChoice Planners and Construction.

The most awaited part of this project happened last March 11, 2012. On the said date, the house was turned over to the Ocer family and at the same time held their house blessing. The house was turned over in its complete state; 100% complete in all areas, interiorly and exteriorly. Include also the water and electric connections.

Together with the turn-over, house blessing was also set for that day. It is just essential that with every blessing that the Almighty Lord has bestowed upon us, we must acknowledge it. Thanking Him with all the grace He has given to us. Now that the Ocer family was given a blessing, that is realizing their dream house, they return the favor by this house blessing ceremony. It is their way of saying thanks to the Lord and acknowledging His presence.

In behalf of the HomeChoice Planners, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the family who in one way trusted the services that our company renders. It’s a pleasure for us to serve as a tool in realizing your dream house. And to those who want to build their desired house, it’ll be a privilege for us to assist and help you. Christmas and New Year are really the seasons for every body to live in peace, harmony and solidarity with the entire family. Thus, the owner of this unit project in Vista Verde Village hoped to stay in there newly done house to celebrate these seasons. We also granted the longing of the owner to be in her own house on the season. We let them live in their newly built house just last December last year, though we don’t have it fully turned-over yet. As of its prepared enhancements and developed works, we still have the following for its total beau and completion as of last week, January, 2012:

Installation of cabinets for 100%
Painting works in 90%
Tile works in 100%
Electrical works for 90%
Glass works in 100%

And just last Friday, we already and officially turn-over this unit to the owner with its 100% completion of its works in all areas and responsibilities of the construction. We are happy and glad with the thought that, despite everything around us in the city as of now, we still happened to make our projects bountifully fruitful. We turned over a completely tiled, painted, partitioned, and in semi-furnished house condition with the complete installed water and electric and the basic landscape. Like those other clients we had, we always turn-over the unit that has the complete house amenities which are beneficial to every family member and the things that are for every that are usable.

In behalf of the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation staff, people and construction workers, we would like to extend our gratitude to the owner’s family for counting us part of your dream house to come true and for trusting our skills and strength to make this one possible. We know that nothing compares with the success of this house and of your dream to come true!

After the sonorous evening, that the city of Cagayan de Oro had experienced, our Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation firm is still on duty and job of making our client’s on the spot of priority. Thus, as one of our projects all around the city, the one we have in Opol had been turned-over and held its house blessing just last Tuesday, December 20, 2011. It is on that said area where we built and conducted the blessings with full praising and honoring God for making this house unit to be done accordingly with full ease, ways and possibility.

From all of us in Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, we are happy to have this one done despite everything happened, even with those waves that our workers and the management had encountered upon having this unit is being built. But to sum it up, the entire project is successfully done and made beautifully with its total beau of its design and the positive aura with its blended paint colors to each room, piled stone works on its outside view, well-furnished interior with its completed house amenities and the fence which surrounds its area.

We finished the blessing at 6 in the afternoon on the same day. We headed to Lighthouse in Gaisano Mall to have the fellowship. While in there, we partook with the prepared blessings on the tables, and for us, as well to enjoy the company we have with the owner and her entire family members. It really is believable on their naked eyes, that with that seemed-barren lot they have, is now having their own dream house, which is really could boost on the area with its boosting views and angles. The barren lot is now having a good life shoeing through the bungalow house we built. To see is to believe with the ever-observed hard work, perseverance and dedication by all of our workers in the firm, just to make this project be done bountifully.

From all of us in the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation and RPM realty, we would like to thanks to the owner of this house for giving us the opportunity to help them attain their dream house to come true. For 6 months of having this house unit to be built, we came to its final moment of making it that elegantly and hugely presented aura. Just few weeks ago, we have this one with its almost done finishing touches and now finally done with its interior and exterior works, plus its fence works. We are, indeed, happy with the result of our master-piece and that we sustained with the ever-changing of ideas and issues came along our ways while having this one on field. But as long as those issues are essential for the grand outcome for this project, it will be okay and still superb for us.

As its final update for the construction of this unit, we formally and finally turn-over this unit to Mr. & Mrs. Lao. We personally gave the keys per door to Mrs. Lao, in behalf of her husband’s absence. Upon turning over to her the keys, we first discuss all the details and the necessary things that needed to be discussed before we let go of the house fully to the owner. It is a must that they will understand all of the happenings and all of those amendments of the plans and of those particular materials used due of the nature of the works call.

In behalf of HomeChoice Planners & Construction Corporation, we would like to thanks the Lao’s family for letting us shared to them our skills, time, dedication, concepts, ways, customs, beliefs, and faith to have their dream house done possibly. It is our pleasure and honor to have your built house done even amidst intrusions of ideas and miscommunication sometimes, but the most important is that, you still calm down, and humbled yourselves to let us do our part as your vehicle to make your dream house to be achieved in all ways we know and can do. Thank you and we are hoping and praying that, soon, on this Christmas season, may your family celebrate with full of happiness, contentment and joy deep in with this newly-build house!

For three months of constructing this project we are on its final point and touch. We already installed everything needed for this unit to be done accordingly. We have the interior amenities and the exterior embellishing desired by the client to be having for this unit they have. Also, the water and the electricity are there installed.

Upon having this project, we are happy and proud to say that this one is also successful with all of the client’s desires to be accomplished and realized. All of the laid ideas by them and which were improved by our architect and the people who are in construction site, this one made possibly elegant and simply to be proud of!

We turned- over this unit just last Thursday, October 06, 2011. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. & Mrs. Loyola for giving us the chance to serve their will and to help them realized their dream house. It has been our pleasure to serve you with all of the ease we know and all of the skills we could prove to your family, just make this newly done house unit you have in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo for your kinship.

A warmth thank you and we could boast that there’s nothing compares of the thought of being and living in the house, where ever desired ideas and likes are being realized even from the single touch of it!

As the Tuscania developer is giving us the chance to share our full force team to build one of their model houses, we are now on the reality of making it come true now! One of the projects we have with them- Verona 1 is now almost on its accomplishment state. We are proud to say and view to all of our clients and viewers that we made it at its best! It is now entitled to be turned-over to the owners, who have been waiting for the last day of the construction for them to enjoy the fruit of their dream and financial labor.

As of September 12, 2011, it has now the following improvements: tiled flooring for both 1st and 2nd floor areas, tiled bath rooms and wall accents, kitchen completed concept and all of the built-in cabinets and its well-blended painting colors with its exterior and interior.

When we got to the area, the owner is already in the development area. They stay in one of the subdivision’s unit there for the main time, until the building is will be fully done and ready to occupy state.

With all the warmth from our hearts, we would like to express our gratitude for the Tuscania development for making us your choice for that house choice of your client and for making us the number one Homechoice for every one there! We are looking forward to make those remaining two house projects in your area. At the same way, we will be building those with full of dedication, hard work, more over-time by the workers, extra- focus and prayers!

As we are entering the last month for the second quarter of this year, and as the month of love as well, we are proud to say that great triumphs are really that huge and are now granted to each of us in the business and in our individual living.

For 6 months of constructing this project in Golf Estate area, we are now having this big news of turning-over this unit to the owner. It has been six months of waiting and embellishing this building to be done and to be on its full and complete view according to the ideas and preference of Mr. & Mrs. Pollard.

Its development is now completed and has each room color coding, accented receiving area’s colors, and the spacious living areas and the relaxing aura of the entire house, which would give positive connection of everyone who would be living in this house soon.

As part of its history, Mr. Pollard held its house blessing ceremony just last week, August 08, 2011. Along with this event were the entire office force, the church members and staff and, of course, the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation’s general manager with the family. There were also those people close to Mr. & Mrs. Pollard’s side and relatives.

The said event was done successfully with the help and the countenance of God. Thus, as always as it is, the project has come to its completion and total quality foundation and physique.  This is another victory that the business would like to thank to all of those people who contributed to this project to be done.

We would like also to thank Mr. & Mrs. Pollard to let us partake and be part of their dream to come true. It has been our pleasure and honor to be the instrument of making your family live happily here in the Philippines soon, through the quality and the right house you need to have for your kin!
