It just keeps on coming! Greater blessings do come when we least expect it. Our company is really grateful with all these projects that come in our way. God is so good that he just keeps on showering our company with so many blessings.

As a protocol, I must say, Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication is conducted with these new projects. For the past weeks, three Groundbreaking and Lot dedication ceremonies were held at different subdivisions. They are as follows:

March 18, 2012: Groundbreaking service of the Morning Mist Village Project 1.

April 3, 2012: Menzi Orchard Residences Project 2 Groundbreak at Damilag, Bukidnon.

April 8, 2012: The Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication of Xavier Estates Project 4 took place.

Each Groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the family concerned. The HomeChoice Planners family was present as well. All of the services held were officiated by the CDO First Assembly of God Church.

I should say that the ceremonies rendered to our clients were done successfully. We could see how glad they were to have their property blessed and also eager to start with the construction of their dream house. We had a great time with all of the ceremonies but we had the most fun at the Groundbreaking service of Menzi Orchard Residences Project 2. As for me, I really enjoyed it because it’s my first time to visit Bukidnon. I just fell in love with the place; I like the peace and tranquility over there. That day was a blast! After the ceremony, we went to the viewing deck and stayed up there for a little while; enjoying and appreciating the beauty of the place.

To our dearest clients, thank you for your trust. We’re really overwhelmed because you have chosen us to build and realize your dream house. Big thanks also to the Lord Almighty for his never ending grace to our company. With this, we continue to be a blessing unto others.

It’s a first! This certain project that we have at Xavier Estates is our first house construction in this high end subdivision. We are just glad to share this great news because we know that this is a construction to be watched out for. And just like every new project that we’re having, Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication service is a must.

Last March 8 and 10, the Columna family held their Groundbreaking and Lay-out at Xavier Estates. The Lay-out is done for us to know the schematic arrangement of parts for the house. The lay-out activity was attended by the Columna family, HomeChoice Planners and Construction family and the First Assembly of God church family. Before the Lay-out, Ptr. Elpie Taboclaon, ministered the prayer service. The prayer was meant to bless the place and the lot before starting a construction.

HomeChoice Planners will be working on this project for six months or so. There are a lot of things that is needed to work on before seeing this house in its physical form. But hey! Time is running fast and soon this house will be seen standing in this beautiful subdivision. It’s a house that we’re proud to work on because this is our first house construction at Xavier Estates.

To the Columna family, thank you for choosing HomeChoice Planners. We’re grateful for this opportunity that you have given to us. The chance to build our very first house construction in this subdivision; and that is your dream house. For developments of this project, we’ll just keep you all updated. Again, thank you!

First quarter is near to its conclusion; HomeChoice Planners and Construction is still on the go! New Projects came in at the last minute of the first quarter and we are just so pleased with these endeavor. And in line with these new projects, Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication is done. This ceremony is a protocol before constructing a house. And just last week, three services of the Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication were held at different venues.

First up; the Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication service of the Abungan family at Vista Verde Village last March 8, 2012. The ceremony was officiated by Ptr. Walter Richie and Ptr. Roger Ruiz of the First Assembly of God church. It was attended by the HomeChoice Planners family and First Assembly of God family. Due to some emergency reasons, the Abungan family wasn’t able to attend the said ceremony.

Last March 9 and 10, 2012, Groundbreaking and Lot Dedication services were held at Xavier Estates and Vista Verde Village. The projects were owned by the Peligrino and Mejica family, respectively. Each ceremony was ministered by Ptr. Walter Richie and Ptr. Roger Ruiz. During the ceremony at Vista Verde Village, we were privileged to have Ptr. Elpie Taboclaon, the senior pastor of First Assembly of God church to officiate the ceremony. HomeChoice Planners family, First Assembly of God church family and the family concerned in each service were present in the said ceremonies.

The ceremonies held last week was done successfully. Each family was showered with blessing from the Almighty Father for their desire and that is their dream house. Our company was also graced with blessing from the Lord before building our client’s dream house. It is such an honor for us to be able to realize the dream house of our clients. And so with this, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the families mentioned above. Thank you for trusting HomeChoice Planners and Construction!

It is just overwhelming to see how blessed is HomeChoice Planners and Construction Corporation for this year. Indeed, a great pleasure to embrace all the amazing gifts that the Almighty Father has bestowed upon our company. In return, our company will also serve as a blessing to other people. It is just highly that we acknowledge God’s grace and share it to others.

There are a lot of ways that our company is doing to honor God’s blessings. One of it is serving our clients well. Offer them the best service that we could have. One of the good services that we have is this Groundbreaking and Lot dedication. The ceremony is just essential as this would be a way for the Almighty Lord to bless the property owned by our clients. It is a way to ask for a blessing before we start a construction.

Last 28th of January, the same day with the Groundbreaking and Lot dedication of Golden Glow North Project 1, Mr. and Ms. Johnsen also had their Groundbreaking and Lot dedication at Hillsborough Pointe. The Pelarmo-Johnsen family, HomeChoice Planners family and the First Assembly of God church members were in attendance. The ceremony was ministered by Ptr. Walter Richie of First Assembly of God church. When the ceremony ended, the Pelarmo-Johnsen family prepared a satiated lunch for the attendees. And with this, we would like to extend our gratitude to their family.

This two-storey house will soon rise in Hillsborough Pointe. It would be a house to watch out for! And I bet, the Pelarmo-Johnsen family and all the people involved in this construction are just excited to see for this house to come in to reality. We will soon be posting updates regarding this house construction. Until then!

Each one of us aspires of owning a house and lot someday. We want our family to have a safe place to stay and where we could live together with them for the rest of our lives. And when that time comes, we would want that place to be blessed. It is our way of saying thank you for answered prayers to the Lord Almighty.

We, in HomeChoice Planners, have this ceremonial breaking of the ground before we formally begin a construction. Groundbreaking and Lot dedication as what we call it.

And just last January 28, 2012, Mr. and Mrs. Fuentes had their Groundbreaking and Lot dedication service at Golden Glow North. The ceremony started around 8 in the morning and it was officiated by Rev. Father Ed Mabilin, S.S.S. of the Blessed Sacrament Congregation. The HomeChoice Planners family and Fuentes’ family attended the said ceremony. After the ceremony, Mrs. Fuentes had a simple but nourishing preparation for breakfast. It was a short ceremony but it ended with blissful feeling.

This house and lot construction package at Golden Glow North is a bungalow type house. Specifications of said house are as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 maid’s quarter, 2 toilet and baths, living, dining, kitchen and laundry areas and also a lanai.

We just can’t wait to see this dream house of the Fuentes’ family be in reality. We are just so eager to help their dream house to come in to realization. In everything we do, and in everything happens, there is always a reason. Just like in the business, there is a reason of success and even in every fall. But for us, what we always have in hearts is the successes which make all brilliantly at the top, in spite those unhealthy interventions around, which affects our performance.

But its really true that with those hearts of goodness and those people who are in one thought of rendering service and help to those in need, will be really blessed! In relation to this, is our firm which is now having these house and lot construction package in Phil-Am Village and in house construction project in Golf Estate.

The first one is own by Glorious, not the real name of the owner. She requested us to have that mysteriously. And for Golf Estate is own by Mr. & Mrs. Rubin, which is a luxurious and really a BIG two-storey house which we will ever build to be. As for the early construction update for these two new projects we have:

November 19, 2011= Glorious grand breaking and lay-out
November 18,2011= Mr. & Mrs. Rubin Grand breaking and lay-out

These two are now on its on-going foundation preparation works. These are almost a week of working until now, so those don’t have big development yet. But still we will keep you all updated as soon s possible with each improvements for these incoming weeks.

For the Glorious and Mr. & Mrs. Rubin families, we would like to extend our gratitude for making us part of your conceptualized dream houses to stand on the location you preferred. It is an honor for us to continue our service and extend our warmth service of honesty and cleanliness in conscience while having these units to be done in line with your desires and considerations.

“A family that prays together stays together”. This is what most of the statement we can always say of a family that is really getting stronger in a house having the God as their core in living. Thus, we in Homechoice Planners, we make sure that before we build the house for our client, we have this dedication to God of the certain area to make it in accordance to His name.

Just like last Saturday, September 17, 2011, we have this ground breaking or lot dedication owns by Mr. & Mrs. Army Alexander Orbegoso, all the way from Iligan couple, who are fixed with the plan of venturing here in our City of Golden Friendship! The said ground breaking was attended by Homechoice Planners’ staffs, Assembly of God’s people and the family hosts with their children. That was done successfully and spiritually in the name of God!

The said house and lot construction package is having the following specifications:
Two-Storey having 5 bed rooms, 4 toilet and baths, open big balcony, porch, family room, living, dinning, kitchen and laundry areas as well as the garage area which is good for two vehicle to accommodate.

This will be a magnificent house to be in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo. This will add as well with our on-going projects in the area. And with its location which is just right beside the Corpus Christi’s School, and with its corner lot location, this would be that eye-catching house to be. We will be posting lots of photos soon for the gradual improvements for this house in the said area. See you all then!

“To God be the Glory!” This would be our respond to the bountiful blessings coming into the business. In all of our projects, it is Him who made those possible.

Just this morning, August 30, 2011, the office conducted the ground breaking for the new project to be in Iponan, CDO area. This is a two-storey house project would be. For almost a month of preparation for this project to be started, we are now ready to have started. The ground breaking was participated by the church members and staffs, in Assembly of God and the Homechoice Planners’ personage.

The event is just the precursor for the big picture of this project to be. As planned, this will be one of our big and done elegant house projects soon! We will be counting you all to follow the update for this project too. We will post more of its update in the future with its development to be!

We are now on the month of July, a month of a lot of duties and responsibilities to cater for all of you, our clients. It is always be our pleasure to do so. To add on this month taste, we have this newly started house and lot construction package to share with you! This is also a bungalow house to be in Golden Glow Village, Pueblo. For its details here are the following: 3 bedrooms, 2 toilet & baths, lanai, kitchen and dinning areas then the garage. It is owned by Mr.  & Mrs. Sheila Consolacion. Though they are both abroad, we still can help them to make there dream house to come true, with their relatives here in CDO.As for the update of this 1-storey house they would have:

Friday, July 08, 2011, we had the lay out for their area. And this morning, July 09, 2011 (Saturday), we conducted the lot dedication and for the on-going house construction.

This was participated with the Assembly of God church people, with Pastor Elfie and, of course we, from Homechoice Planners team and those people behind the construction works.

We would like to thanks to the Laguican and Consolacion family members, who attended also the dedication. They were all so participative and visibly happy with the location we offered.
