First fruit is really good to harvest and to cherish, as they say. In pertinence to this somewhat- cliché, we in Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, we are having this experience. As the year of the rabbit enters, we have these first fruits for this year’s projects and boons. These are not only for us in the office and the people who are doing and initiating this view to build, but also for those construction workers in Homechoice Planners.

Here are the first fruits we have as January enters this year:

Mr. & Mrs, Tupas’s House Construction

As one of our first fruits for this year, we also have this first fruit project in the province of Bukidnon. This projecta is a blessing for us, to penetrate on this area and that, we also show our skills and CAN DO attitude and capability in this field of profession. Yes, we also can! We can build a house anywhere in Bukidnon as part of our vision, which is to widen our venture and to reach far with this ability and help we could give to our clients.

Because they believe on us in the office for what we can do and what we can contribute to their dreams, we ended up with this concept now. We started this project just last month. And we are very happy to be part of this project. Now we just done with the following activities and schedules with the Tupas family.

The office is on going with this project to reach the targeted month to finish the project. We are now on this construction with its structure and seriously focus on the prepared perspective and phase as accorded by the owner and the office.
We are on the momentum to make this project be successfully done. Thank you for the Tupas family for being that open-mind and in good rapport in letting us to be part of your dream house to be fulfilled. Let us wait for the next update!

* Sigl’s Beach Bar

Not only in uptown areas or Bukidnon? Yes! Our projects are getting wider and known. We also have this project in Balingasag beach area. We started this project just last month and as one of our first projects and blessings for this year.  This is a new concept also for us to build, since this is a Beach Bar. But still we can deal like this kind of project!

For now, this is the development of this project. We will be updating you for the on going improvements for this Beach Bar soon!

* Ms. Felisa Aparente’s House & Lot Construction

We also have this new project for the month of February, this year. This house is a 2 weeks old. The construction is still going on and that would be following the owner’s views or perspective of what her house to be look like. This is only a bungalow project also, having a modern design. We are glad that this is another privilege for us in the office and to all of our workers to continue serving all of our clients with dedication and courage!

To Ms. Felisa Aparente, thank you for the confidence you laid to us! We will meet your dream house to be and will make it come true with the guidance of the Almighty!

Christmas is fast approaching, thus, we are happy to announce this Christmas event for the Morre’s family on line! The home is really the main course of every family to live and spend a happy Christmas together, with each of the family member. This is where every one would share its gloom’s and gayness in every season.

In pertinence with this event, the Mr. & Mrs. Morre, had their concrete pouring for their house foundation. The event was participated by the common people from the church and our office, of course. The event started with the song praising and prayers. Pastor Elpie gave us the enlightening words from the Bible. Then, the fellowship followed.

Everyone of the Morre’s family was glad to have their house construction blessed and be built with the Holy Spirit and guidance by God. We, in the office are happy as well to be part of their dream to make their house dream to come true  in the name of God!

With those newly done house and lot packages we had, the office is still on its way to build more and more house projects. Here is another house construction project, which we are having in Vista Verde Village.  This is own by Mr. & Mrs. Wilson.  This construction was started on November 18, 2010 and just recently done its excavation/ concrete pouring for the foundation, on November 22. This is quite a fast move, which vitalizes the thoughts of how Homechoice Planners is doing well with its good service just to satisfy all of the clients’ expectations.

This would be a bungalow house construction and will be done for about 2 months. The tentative is would be on December this year or on January 2011. We are happy to serve this new client we have. Thank you for the trust and for considering us as your instrument to make your household to be met possibly! The year 2010 is near to end, but the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation is still on its way and momentum to finish and make more of the ideal houses of all of its clients. Thus, as the on going construction house, owns by Mr. & Mrs. Luardo in Vista Verde, is now on its way to furnished looks! The pictures presented are the update fort the house. It is visibly having its elegance, positive aura, and the catchy color on its front view.

In each project’s development, we always make a feature just for the owner to be updated, even online. We cover such events in order for all the details to be viewed and be visible to all viewers as well. For our Mr. & Mrs. Naval’s house construction project, we are now on its 2nd floor beam pouring. Just this morning, October 19, 2010, the office accompanied the Naval family in the pouring. Together with our broker, co- agents, the main family, and the workers as well, the pouring was done exactly at 8 a.m.

The event was done completely.  This was done to be more acquainted of our clients’, and to know their ideas as well. This to maintain the good rapport among the workers, us and the clients we are serving.  As homechoice planners & construction corporation personalities, we keep on touch to each and every one in the work, to make every single step we do easy and perfectly.

If something had done, something must also to start!

The Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation is now having its new project to build in Menzi Orchard.  After its series of newly projects done and which are soon to be done, for those nearly built houses, the office had done negotiating with the house construction owners, just yesterday, October 12, 2010. The project is would be two-storey house and would be built, right there on the area of Menzi’s lot.

As per the Menzi’s restriction for all house construction, the office and the owner had then agreed with the prospect and the materials to be used in construction. Since the area has its Ranch concept for its residential looks or ambiance, Mr.  & Mrs. Geraldino Zabala accorded of those grounds and the guidelines for their house to be.

The owners are retirees and they have three children. All of their children are now professional, which made them decide to have a property in Menzi’s for their relaxation, comfort and shelter. The place is good for them and for their daily activities to be. After workings days, months and years they had been through, they need the total enjoyment and lax feelings with the place like Menzi’s Orchard!

They have a right decision to build there house on the right place of comfort! They never mistook to choose the one, which is best for them. For the Zabala couple, Congratulations! Does Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation only focused in Pueblo areas for construction?

It is not! As part of the widening of our service have this new project in Richmond Hills. This is our first house construction project in this place for Mr. Alejo & Mrs. Bherley Hope Malack’s family for their dream house to be. This is a 2 storey house building as well, and would be finished within 6 months. This would be one of those on going construction buildings in Richmond Hills. This would compete with those elegance houses to be in the area. Of course, our office has its own motif and plans for the Malack family to have the expected elegant and high-defining house to live in. For the amenities of this house, this has 4 Bed rooms, 3 toilet & bath, and the basic sections of the house amenities.

This is will be a great and considerable house to be for the family. We believe that every family deserves a great living with a great venue and architectural designs for each member of the family. Thus, we make sure the goodness and the quality product we produce for all of you. We never upset ever family’s expectation and wants. We build a good living house, where rapport of each family members could surely be enjoyed!

The office is now having its on going new project for Naval family. Just this morning, September 28, 2010, the owner Mrs. Naval together with the church pastor and the the Homechoice staffs and workers, had attended the blessing ceremony. This is already a  customary in our office to hold this ceremony on its projects. This is to make the strong bond and the commitment of the office with the clients be more unified and smooth sailing. The blessing ceremony was participated by numbers of people, observer as well as the people behind to make the house be successfully done.

Last September 08,2010, the office had the  concrete pouring on the construction house project owned by Cotanda. This has been attended by the office head, masons and the laborers themselves. This was featured to prove that the projects we have are developing, and we are taking into accounts all of the steps going on. The house was started last September 04, and now still going on. It is located in Golden Glow Village and owned by Mr. & Mrs. Cotanda, and a two-storey house construction project.

The done pouring was for the concrete, foundation,excavation and lay outing. The targeted construction period for this is up to 5-6 months, like those other two-storey house projects. This will be done sooner as the owner expected. The house and lot is measured with its lot area of 120 and floor area of 130.The lot size is vividly not as big area, but the office is only maximized the area to make the two-storey house be possibly build. This is how we work, we design, and construct the house with its possible maximization of the availability of the land area.Even how small your land size is, let us maximize it and work for it for your comfort and shelter!
