For weeks had past, this newly started project we have in Iponan, is now on its progress. It is a big success for the company to have this one being worked out for the mentioned family. This will be another achievement they have for life, when this project is will be done. And nothing compares of our blissfulness to make their dream house to come true in the near future.

And as part of the history of this house construction project, we have the following development for the entire building:

well-prepared foundation for the two-storey building
second floor concreted flooring and walling
on going house structuring for the both floors

They are still on the progress with the concreting of the entire structure. This is our second project in the said area. This will be a possibility for a great dream house is really at hand with our help. For 3 months of working with this unit, we are now on its almost perfect level. We are happy to say that this still going well with all of its house amenities to be. For months of having all the ideas from the owner and the people who makes this unit be like this now, we are proud to present to our entire viewer the update for today, October 7, 2011 of this house and lot construction package we have in Golden Glow Village area.

It has now having these: completed roofing, tiled flooring, kitchen tiles, built- in cabinets for kitchen and bed rooms, pin lights and center lights, installed water and electric, partitioned areas or bed rooms, toilet & bath, kitchen areas, painted walling in its interior and exterior areas, color coding bed rooms, well-mixed paint colors with its exterior, ready kitchen top, tiled lanai area and installed windows for all over the bed rooms, kitchen, and receiving areas.

This is soon to be done and to be turned-over to the Consolacion’s couple early this month as scheduled. We are also working out now the perimeter fence for this unit to be that elegantly done with the basic landscape. I will update more about this unit soon, so see you on the next improvement for this unit!

“Newly wed; new family for a new house to stay!”

Being in the world of marriage is quite a big game for everybody. Thus, upon having like this status, the family must also be innovated with the things they need for the starting family to be. This is what Mr. Lucilo Gamit, our client, thought upon being into marriage.

He had extended to us his house concern for his family. He got a house and lot in Bloomingdale, Iponan. The one he avail is the Aspen unit of the said subdivision. As what we all know, the unit is only having a bare condition, which needs to be improved with its interior and exterior phases. It has been our duty to serve our clients with all the ease we can and the most is to grant their entire house desires to gain. Thus, we are called the problem-solver of every transaction we have. As part of our expansion through our numbers of projects, we have this new update for this another construction project we have in Pueblo area.

This one is additional for our projects in the said area. We have this one for two months now and it is really that good in performance with its construction set up. This two months already of construction house building in Morning Mist, is now having its huge development since from the first month of the work. Now it is having the complete concrete structure, tiled first and second floorings, following the tiles colors by the owner, completed traces, and the complete ceilings and roofing with the designated color. It also has the complete electrical slots and the bath rooms. This will soon to be having the complete house amenities.

“Building a house according to God’s ways is always being just!”

Just like of our on-going projects and soon to be done projects in different areas here in the city, this two-storey house project we have in Golden Glow Village, is on the accordance of God’s will to be started and to be done. As we have this project, which is should be started last year, but it is just this year which is being realized. Thus, in pertinence to my statement above, it is really good to start a house in accordance in the Lord. As its monthly update, we have the below developments we just did.

This two-storey house building is soon to be finished with its concrete structuring. It has now its foundation, for both the first and the second floor and the flooring for the second floor as of September 07, 2011. And now, the construction is still on-going with its scheduled over time for the workers to make it ready for the enhancement for this project to reach the scheduled finishing time. This will be more pleasing with its enhancement soon.

“With due patience of waiting, blessings really unveil!”

Statement above is really being observed of this Mcmann’s project we have which is also in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo. This project is known to be a two-storey as well, like Abada’s building in the same area. This will be a great building to be as well. Thus, when we first started this building, huge encumbrance of the area we met. But with the prayers and the ever-coordinated performance by our staff, this one succeeds to be started. We are happy with its improvement right now.

This is also almost two months of construction, it has now its concrete structuring, walling and flooring for both the first and the second floor, as well as its on-going construction for the completion of its total concreting, before having the interior partitioning for each bath rooms, bed rooms and the other house amenities. We will keep the updates posted and for all of you to be aware of, and also to make this project be known to each of our viewer, as this have a big meaning for us,too!

Among our projects for now, so far this is a quite having a big lot area, which becomes challenging for us. But still, since we have this service-oriented thinking to our clients, we still have this one on-going and are that dedicated to make this project with all ease and concept. This one is in Opol and has been started since April, this year. For almost 6 months now of constructing this building, we are on the level of perfecting the project with the following development we have.

It is having its vast on-going fenced concreting, installed roofing, done smoothening in all structured areas, framed and partitioned bed rooms, allocated bathrooms and it is ready for the incoming painting in its interior. It has now its ready ceiling for the art concept to be with its ready electrical slots.

We build according to the owner’s desire and ideas for this area to be. The construction is really moving and that progressing! We are now on the last part of the month to make this project be completely done. We will keep on updating you regarding this project for the soon to be completion and for the other enhancement of this unit to be as soon as possible!

After two months of having this project in Golden Glow Village, this unit is now moving to its good construction. Undeniably, we encountered lots of trials with this projects, but thanks goodness because this is still going good. It is still moving-on and that dynamically with its full and fast work with the construction workers on field!

As its update as of September 14,2011, it has now installed traces, ready electric slots, partitioned areas for three bed rooms, allocated bathrooms for both master’s and two bed rooms toilet & baths, concrete structure and ready ceiling area for the roofing. Today is would be the schedule for that, actually. We are targeting to have this done on the 5Th of October, with all of the fixtures, paints and beautification both for the interior and exterior phases.

We are having this on a rush and keep on having over time among the workers to make this one done according to date. As planned, this will be blessed next month, when the owner is will be here soon! Just yesterday, we already chose tiles for its flooring in the receiving, bathrooms walling and floorings, kitchen side tile, counter top slabs, and for the its pin lights. For the chandeliers and door knobs, those are already ready from the hosts, of course all the way from Qatar!

This house and lot construction project is also in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo. This is the only bungalow unit that is on-going this time in the area among the three projects there. This house unit is almost done with its total phases. And we are at the huge vigor to make this to be magnificently perfected on the due time.

As its development as of September 12, 2011, it has now the installed roofing and completed ceiling, tiled flooring, ready kitchen area, installed stones at its exterior front walling, framed and installed glass windows and sliding doors on its kitchen and master’s room area, bathroom tiled flooring and its accented walling, and its ready pin lights on every bed rooms and receiving and kitchen areas. This will soon to be done with its enhancement and to be completed with its fixtures in is interior and to be done exterior embellishing.

After a week for this, the house is will be done with its paintings, fixtures and the landscaping is now ready for it to be more green on its exterior and lawn. This will be turned-over on the 28th day of this month, as the owner would like it to ready on that date and for them also to celebrate the success of their conceptualized dream house for their family!

For 6 months of building this project in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo area, we are now on its finishing touches for this unit. It is now with its complete amenities, fixtures, interior and exterior embellishing, and as a whole, almost done house construction.

This is soon to be turned-over, well-fenced, painted with its exterior, tiled flooring, accented bath rooms, landscaped lawn, installed glass windows and sliding doors, complete built-in cabinets in all designated areas, good mixture of painting in its interior, well-cleaned and ready kitchen with its slabs, side tiles, accented colors on its first floor, installed pin lights and organized entertainment area, as a whole a green concept kitchen. For its 2nd floor is the yellow color concept, with the wood tiled flooring, and the nice 2 terraces viewing the newly- built Corpus Christi School, and of course the bed rooms that are made elegantly accordingly with the touch of green, blue and brown colors each room. The next level is its attic, which shows the promising maximization of the house perspective and concept and lot size. This project is now ready for turning-over to the owner with all of the elegance and the perfect final touch by our workers who laid their best and energy to make things be done accordingly.
