There is really a superb master-piece produced once being started with first-rated performance by the involved. This is what we can vulgarly view as completed project we have in Menzi Orchard Residences in Alae, Bukidnon. As the first house constructed and as our first house construction in that area, of course, this one is quite contributed as huge changes and challenges for those months. Why? It’s because of its first, location which is miles away from the city of Cagayan de Oro, second is its distance away from the neighboring cities’ amenities, and it’s transportation of the materials from CDO.

All those meant a lot of hard work, time consuming and long distance, which would consume as well, must our workers to stay their on the area for months away from their families here in CDO. This one is one of the grand and expensive projects we have since from the start, but it is worth, because we have the unit now, which is really boosting with its made-up. As per the update this month, it is just having a sun blasting lacking in the works, cabinet doors and henges.

This project is soon to be turn-over as possible. Like that of the other project we have, this will be done this week, hopefully. For 6 months of having this unit to be constructed, it is now having a very distinguished view and to be proud of American-style house unit. All of its exterior views are American-inspired one as the developer requires. We built this one according to their restrictions and rules in building a house in Menzi.

As per the updates among our on-going projects in different areas here in Cagayan de Oro, this one is, which we can say, a tedious, challenging, yet still manageable one for us to finish with its cost. Its area which is secluded and it not having enough water facility for us to run the construction smoothly, it really made our operation a bit affected. But what important is that, even with these lapses or short comings upon having this project, just for the vision we have in the office to serve our clients and to help them achieve their dream house for whatever reason they may have, we still could cater the somewhat impossible ways and service that they need most.

For almost 3 months of having this project unit, we have this following development report for everybody’s information as well:

Completed house structure
Completed roofing and ceiling works
Completed tiles topping and tiles filing for flooring and for the toilet and baths
Completed traces, plastered all corners, and skim coated
Completed partitioned
Filed stone works and sun blasted
Soon to be done finishing with its built-in cabinets per bedrooms and kitchen
Soon to be done fencing
Painted with its designated areas in its interior

This is scheduled this week for its turn-over to be. As targeted time by the owner, they will be coming over from abroad this first week of December. Thus, we can then, turn-over this unit to them. This is in response as well with the Christmas celebration we have for this season with Mosqueda’s family. We are going to finish this unit with all the best that we can, even with those encumbrances came along our way of having this unit be done.

Those are just spices of our architectural works. Without those shared ideas and exchanged of emotion between the owner and our firm, just to make this project be continually constructed to its best, is just a reflexion of this season. We take those as constructive moments and shared boons from above. And because we have the mercies from above and intellect and the means to do things possible just to make your longed house to be in the future, we know, we believe, that no matter how it is seems to be impossible, and of how you perceive things to us, even it is that negatively viewed, we are still and humble enough to treat you and feel your concern with full humility and sincerity; that is because we know that what you want for your family, is also the want we have for your family to gain! This Vista Verde Village project of house & lot we have is now also in action to its duly scheduled finishing. With its two-storey house structure, it is now on its next level of enhanced works. For its November construction updates, we have the following:

Spandrill installed
Septic tank done
Ceiling works done
On-going cabinets works
Partitioned areas for bedrooms, toilets and baths, garage, balcony/ terrace, living, kitchen areas, dirty kitchen and laundry areas.
Skim coat walling
Sun blast outside walling
Filed mangima stones at its front view

The only lacking developments for this project are the garage concreting and fencing. But the construction is still going-on for this one to be completed as well. This will going on to its finishing to be with its interior as well soon! The materials are ready for this unit to be smoothed and be having its tiles on for its specific areas and the soon to be viewed beatification in its interior. Last week, those bed rooms cabinets will be done too this week, as well as the paintings for each corner of this unit will be rolled too!

In every detail of this project was being contributed by each of the architect, client or the owner, the masons and those engineers on field, together with the construction workers, who are once again showed and contributed their behavior of being hard working people just to accomplish the main goal of this house to be look like so elegant. This two-storey house project we have in Golden Glow Village is now on its great development. As we have the below list for its works updates from the hard working masons, construction workers and the field engineers we have. And of course, the office staffs we have who made all of our projects be done as our set standards and vision. As for your information, we have the following developments:

Partitioned ground floor and 2nd floor with its interior specifications
Plastered and to be done corners for molding
Smoothened walling and tiles topping for flooring

Hallow blocks filling for the 2nd floor areas and done septic volt tank
And ready water lines
Soon to be started is the roofing with its revised attic design

This project is now on its blast to be on its full development with its construction. As our many construction workers are now assign in this project to be done as scheduled. This will be accordingly finished and that presentable as well, like those our other projects. As of now, we are in the midst of this project’s expected beau to be. This two-storey house is soon to be turn-over to the owner, Mr. Joseph Buerano following the dealt contract with us and the things that are being. We are still on the go of making this one to be one of our master pieces here in Uptown Areas in Pueblo de Oro. Thus we are hoping that things will be okay upon having the on-going finishing touches and works for this one to be followed as planned and that to be a grand piece in our architectural works, which is really a great cause for our great performance and perseverance in the world of construction.

Things around will not be okay or to be done accordingly without the perseverance and the total dedication needed to make the thing completed. In the company, we usually challenge with the thing that we have in every day, especially those with our projects on field. Polished flooring in all areas of the structure with its well-presented hoIf it isuse living and entrance area of the house

Installed windows, railings, well blended concept on its interior with its colors and installed air condition and chandeliers

Ready fence for its more presentable phase to be and for the ground landscaping to be at its best left area

Installed water and electric for the house

So far, this project went well and we are happy that, at last, this one completed with the conceptualized and targeted time for this project to be done. We are thankful that all things around, upon having this project on construction were going well and that we can finally turn over this as soon as possible. Those are the progress of this unit as of October 06, 2011. We will be posting lots of its improvements as soon as possible. We also meet once again Mr. McMann, who is a foreigner and a sea-base employee last week. And it is our pride to say that he is happy with the service we are rendering even this time of its early motion with the construction.
