“ New start for a new day of hope from the old day of real life!”

This project in Philam Life Village we have is now on its new beginning of continuing its progress of construction with its house amenities. After the flood, we are now on the motion of making this project continuously working with the following development updates:

Pouring of Roof beam in 100%
Soil back filling at ground floor slab
Filling of CHB in 65%
Removing of scaffolding and forms
Filling of CHB in 85% just recently done this week
Removing of scaffoldings and forms

For next week we will be having this activity for this project:

Continuation of CHB filling
Pouring of ground floor slab
Removing of forms and scaffoldings
Filling of ground floor slab
Electrical works

Those are the improvements for this project, which is to be done within 6 months long. It is so good to hear that we are doing well with this project. This will then be another unit we have in this subdivision which is also in big structure as those units in this area, which are really magnificently made for the Excellency of the architectural works and field. We motion according to the process of how we perceived and plan for our client.

The recently done calamity might have affected us, but despite everything, we are longing and serving our client in full blast of dedication, following the new precursor for the new life from a real life’s tantrum. As of December, first week, it has now the following improvements:

Installation of ceiling 30%
Installation of synthetic stone (continuation) 85%
PVC doors installed 25%
Skim coating including molding 95%

Until now, our workers are still on the site to have every detail of its construction will be done precisely and that highly satisfactorily. Those improvements are soon to be elevated to with their scheduled over time to have its traces be scheduled and for its roofing soon. Hopefully for this month, we can make this unit be done with its roofing for the continued tiles installation and for its interior finishing too. We will update you all about this unit too soon. This is to treasure all of the good things done by the company with the owner of this house construction project we have for this year. We will make sure that, with the goodness of this house owner, we will deliver them the good unit which they are expecting to gain in the future.

Who would not like to be known of the boosting and seemed to be magical planned architectural unit to be? A lot of us would rather make to our pick strength just to have the splendid result. Even in this field of building the unit you longed for, for our family, we always to make sure that things will get better and the most is, to make it even greater in terms of its ever predicted concept. Just like this project we have in Phil-Am Life Village now, we called this as the project 1 here, since at this point, this is the on-going unit which is on construction, though we already have another units built here.

For this house project we have, this is also a two-storey having the 200 s.q.m lot area, 230 s.q.m. floor area, 6 bed rooms and 5 toilet & baths and those quite many and luxurious interior house amenities for the 1st and 2nd floors. This is really a big house structure to be for the owner and the family. As for the record for its construction run through, we already had its ground breaking and lot dedication last November 03, 2011. That was in preparation for the series of construction activities that are now in line for this unit to be made greatly.

Just this month of December, we started the construction for this unit and now on its 7th day of construction. As per the update of this project, we have the following:

Ready foundation pillars for the big structure
Concrete poured for all the pillars foundation
Installation reinforcement for 2nd floor column
Installation of forms
Pouring of column for 2nd floor
Filling of CHB or hollow blocks

This area is really rocky, which made our workers into tremendous labor just to make their work be done with the digging and area preparation in challenged. But with the unified strength of every body in the field, and with the help of God’s strength, they made the foundation with the ease and the full safety for all of our workers.

As planned, this will be done within 6 months and for 6 months also for our workers to have their patience, dedication, hard work and loyalty to their profession and field chosen. Of course, even us in the office, this will be another unit for us to take into account to be finished with ease, hopefully and that successfully made possible with the full guidance and safety needed for all of our workers on field. That is the only prayer we have for them, who give their very best to the office, to us, marketing officer, the company, to the clients, and to their families mainly.

This is one of the projects we have that is being closed this month of merriness, which we are all keep on eye with the laborious yet full of gayness we would be. We will keep you updated for the development of this big house to be and hope all of you to have a really MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This project we have in Kisanlu  Iponan is now on it’s on the moment of enhancing the interior and its exterior works along with the plan of making it more appealing and that viewed according to what the architectural works prepared for this project unit we have. As per the development of this unit, we have the following areas of enhanced area as of December, this week:

Concreted garage
Completed septic tanks
Smoothed walling
Railings installation for stairs
Removing of scaffoldings on the back portion
Completed installation of ceiling
Tiled floorings

So far, these are the on-going enhancements for this unit, which we are now keeping on eye for its near completion; as the owner is expecting for its eminent result for this month. That’s what they are expecting and hoping to have this unit be done for this Christmas season, like what we are hoping too, but as our standard goes, this must be worked out according to plans and be then finished as what we planned to following the blue print we have in the right time as well. This is to make our work goodly and that perfectly molded to the best outcome which all of us are expecting to. Making all areas rightly worked out, and making all of the developments for this unit rightly following the right decision by the owner and the office team with the right architectural views as well, is would create right structure and magnificent and right house building to be!

Days are passing by and we are on the pick of making our every day productive and that beautifully made with the goal we aimed for. Thus, even in our projects we make sure to have the at most performance and the service that we could render for our clients to be satisfied. Especially in this season of bountiful harvest in all field and aspects in our lives, it is very pleasing to ears to have every work we have to be accomplished and well presented in all angles.

In relation to our project in Vista Verde Village, it is now the elevated enhancements with its structure and total construction work. As of December 7, 2011, we have the following areas of development:

Complied 1st and 2nd concreted structure
Complied floor concreting
Complied wall filling
Partitioned interior for its bed rooms, toilet & baths, dining, kitchen, lanai, terrace laundry and carport areas
Smoothened walls

This project is now on its 45% and we are still counting for its improvement soon; as the construction work is still going on. As perceived and planned, we will have this one roofed before this month ends and with its further interior development mainly the floor and the ceiling. “The end is near to come!”

It’s the last month for this year of 2011. A month of merriness and thanksgiving for all the boons we received from above and from those treasured happenings and moments from the close people surround us. In relation to the field we are in construction, we are happy to say that we are really into the spirit of Christmas with this project we have in Vista Verde Village. It is now on its full blast of making this unit to make on it’s fully condition and to its finishing level. We are now having these improvements:

Completed structural view
Concreted walls and floor
Partitioned interior for its bedrooms, toilet & baths and inside house amenities
Filed stones with its exterior and its front view
Installed electrical slots and wirings to all designated areas and the water connection as well
Built-in cabinets were being installed in the bed rooms
Tiled toilet & bath on its second floor
And tiled floorings to be done
Walk pathway concreted
Completed roofing

Those are the enhancements of this unit which will be done as soon as possible. We are on its 80 % and counting as of today. Its beau is now really enticing and it is on the mood of making the house to be finished with its finishing touches in the interior. As this Christmas season is going on, we are happy to have the service we render to this owner of this unit.

Opol house construction project unit we have is now on its final level of accomplishing. As per its development updates, we have the following:

Completed structure
Completed exterior phases
Interior partitions and amenities are completed
Built-in cabinets for kitchen, bed rooms and toilet and baths are completely done
Bed rooms color concepts are ready
Exterior painting is done
Fence is already on its 90 percent level

As a whole, this unit is now on its 95% level of its construction. We are now on the process of completing its fence to make the project be done 100%. As of the moment, the owner is already here to monitor the project and they already saw their master piece house unit. We will turn-over this one the soonest as possible. We are glad that, despite everything else we still manage to make this project to its goal of making the owner happy with its result.

It is really true that even amidst the trials we encounter, even in the profession we are in, there is always be happiness at the end, when being taken into account. Like this project we have, we are thankful for this that this one now is soon to be done through the hard work, skills, determination, and dedication of our construction workers and office staff with the marketing officers we have.

In everything we do, and in everything happens, there is always a reason. Just like in the business, there is a reason of success and even in every fall. In relation to this, is our firm which is now having these house and lot construction package in Phil-Am Village and in house construction project in Golf Estate.

The first one is own by Glorious, not the real name of the owner. She requested us to have that mysteriously. And for Golf Estate is own by Mr. & Mrs. Rubin, which is a luxurious and really a BIG two-storey house which we will ever build to be. As for the early construction update for these two new projects we have:

November 19, 2011= Glorious grand breaking and lay-out
November 18,2011= Mr. & Mrs. Rubin Grand breaking and lay-out

These two are now on its on-going foundation preparation works. These are almost a week of working until now, so those don’t have big development yet. But still we will keep you all updated as soon s possible with each improvements for these incoming weeks.

For the Glorious and Mr. & Mrs. Rubin families, we would like to extend our gratitude for making us part of your conceptualized dream houses to stand on the location you preferred. It is an honor for us to continue our service and extend our warmth service of honesty and cleanliness in conscience while having these units to be done in line with your desires and considerations.

The Kisanlu Iponan project we have is still going on with its every detail development. We are on the cue of its final touches or finishing soon. As its update recently, we have the following listed areas and work done:

Done plastering works
Completed corners works as well as the canopy
Partitioned areas for its interior amenities
Bedrooms floor tile toppings
Concreted carport
Ready septic tanks
High window works which is soon to be done

This is now on its 90% of its construction and which is to be turned-over soon. All of the major works with its interior are now done and those exterior touches are ready for the smoothening and those stone works filing as well. This will be done soon with its smoothening inside and those tiling with its toilet & baths, floorings and etc. A bit of cleaning with its surroundings and its full developed areas could really be seen.

We are happy with the run through of this unit, which is smooth sailing now and there are no heard problems so far since we started this project in Kisanlu area. There is really a hope of blessings and for full satisfaction for a well planned and well-worked out hope of this house structure. And we are happy with these developments that, in a way, this makes us feel at ease with the performance we have with these people on field. There is nothing compared feeling like the feeling of being reliable for everything we are doing with these in line projects we have in the firm.

Having a getting bigger family size is really a blessing, but needs bigger shelter as well. Not just a bigger shelter but the one which is near to those vital centers, especially those learning institutions and necessary centers.
