With those newly done house and lot packages we had, the office is still on its way to build more and more house projects. Here is another house construction project, which we are having in Vista Verde Village.  This is own by Mr. & Mrs. Wilson.  This construction was started on November 18, 2010 and just recently done its excavation/ concrete pouring for the foundation, on November 22. This is quite a fast move, which vitalizes the thoughts of how Homechoice Planners is doing well with its good service just to satisfy all of the clients’ expectations.

This would be a bungalow house construction and will be done for about 2 months. The tentative is would be on December this year or on January 2011. We are happy to serve this new client we have. Mrs. Eileen S. Letaba & Mr. Roberto M. Letaba, BDO head and a General Manager, in Cagayan de Oro City, had decided to have a house renovation. They would like to make their house look more contemporarily good with it’s on the trend design and aura. As of now, the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation’s workers, already on the area and just started their work in the area of the said people. This will be done as soon as possible, as what the owners are expecting to.

This is just one of the proofs that the office is doing well in the field it is in, and the excellence it can offer to every client. If something had done, something must also to start!

The Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation is now having its new project to build in Menzi Orchard.  After its series of newly projects done and which are soon to be done, for those nearly built houses, the office had done negotiating with the house construction owners, just yesterday, October 12, 2010. The project is would be two-storey house and would be built, right there on the area of Menzi’s lot.

As per the Menzi’s restriction for all house construction, the office and the owner had then agreed with the prospect and the materials to be used in construction. Since the area has its Ranch concept for its residential looks or ambiance, Mr.  & Mrs. Geraldino Zabala accorded of those grounds and the guidelines for their house to be.

The owners are retirees and they have three children. All of their children are now professional, which made them decide to have a property in Menzi’s for their relaxation, comfort and shelter. The place is good for them and for their daily activities to be. After workings days, months and years they had been through, they need the total enjoyment and lax feelings with the place like Menzi’s Orchard!

They have a right decision to build there house on the right place of comfort! They never mistook to choose the one, which is best for them. For the Zabala couple, Congratulations! Another achievement of Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation has once come! One awaited time by the Yacapin family for their house project is now on its ready to move in status. Just last Saturday, October 09, 2010, the office together with the Yacapin’s family had joined its newly built house blessing ceremony. The ceremony was started with a prayer leaded by the Catholic priest. Each of us had handled a candle as a gone to the entire house, as a sign of the light in every corner of the newly done house.

After the prayer, Mrs. Yacapin had thrown coins as a sign of bountiful days. Before I forgot, the Yacapin’s newly built house is in Hillsborough, Robinsons. It is a 2 storey house done project in our office in Homechoice Planners.  It has the inner design of color coding type of bed rooms. It is elegantly done and would really enthralled or entice other to have to of their own! Its lot size is not that big, but it is just enough to have a not just simply elegant house but a cock-a-hoop aura kind and architectural design house project.

Asking of the house construction period? It is on the scheduled time range of 5-6 months; as what is expected.
