For 6 months of building this project in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo area, we are now on its finishing touches for this unit. It is now with its complete amenities, fixtures, interior and exterior embellishing, and as a whole, almost done house construction.

This is soon to be turned-over, well-fenced, painted with its exterior, tiled flooring, accented bath rooms, landscaped lawn, installed glass windows and sliding doors, complete built-in cabinets in all designated areas, good mixture of painting in its interior, well-cleaned and ready kitchen with its slabs, side tiles, accented colors on its first floor, installed pin lights and organized entertainment area, as a whole a green concept kitchen. For its 2nd floor is the yellow color concept, with the wood tiled flooring, and the nice 2 terraces viewing the newly- built Corpus Christi School, and of course the bed rooms that are made elegantly accordingly with the touch of green, blue and brown colors each room. The next level is its attic, which shows the promising maximization of the house perspective and concept and lot size. This project is now ready for turning-over to the owner with all of the elegance and the perfect final touch by our workers who laid their best and energy to make things be done accordingly.

Just this morning, August 30, 2011, the office conducted the ground breaking for the new project to be in Iponan, CDO area. This is a two-storey house project would be. For almost a month of preparation for this project to be started, we are now ready to have started. The ground breaking was participated by the church members and staffs, in Assembly of God and the Homechoice Planners’ personage.

The event is just the precursor for the big picture of this project to be. As planned, this will be one of our big and done elegant house projects soon! We will be counting you all to follow the update for this project too. We will post more of its update in the future with its development to be!

A year after the Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation sponsored the 1st mass wedding for the construction workers in the company. And now, as part of the company’s protocol and culture since then, it held the 2nd mass wedding for those construction workers that are on the path of setting themselves on the nest of wedding. The company is having this practice, to help, maintain the good rapport among each worker and the staffs, then to make the team united as a FAMILY.

Just last August 27, 2011, Saturday, at exactly 10 in the morning, the said 2nd event was conducted. The said wedding was participated by the main hosts, or the couples who were wed. There were 5 pairs of our construction workers whom being united that day in the name of God and in the house of God.

Along this event, there were the other pairs as well from Assembly of God’s church members, who did join the said matrimony. Thus, it helped to make the event gayer, and victoriously done! The ceremony was done with the help of those stewards of God from Assembly of God church. There are many of them to mention, but you know who you are people and we would like to extend our gratitude for the efforts done and for the assistance.

This celebration is will not be made possible without the main sponsor/s. Though I would like to stress the names of those people, but due of their humbled-hearts, they prefer not to. Thus, let me express our gratitude to thank you for being the blessing and the key for those construction workers who made their vows before your presence and in God’s presence. We all know that it will not be possibly done without your first thought of helping them and for stretching your arms to help their lives on set!

A great thank you from all of us and a hope for all of us to make the business more productive and stay in the thought of being blessed to be a blessing for everybody!

As part of  the company’s innovation, we always make sure that, at least, in any way we could, we listen to our clients’ concerns, before putting into the field all of their ideas for their dream house/s.  Thus, this has been always our first step in moving forward to the project.

In pertinence with this, we have this couple who just came to our door to lie down and share to us all of their house concern and to make their dream house to be conceptualized and be made soon. Mr. Manolito R. Ocer & Ms. Marlen A. Manching, are the couple I mean. They showed to us their trust  and enthusiastically present to us their area with full knowledge and understanding of our ways and company’s views and protocol for the all of the clients we served and still serving.

Just last August 15, 2011, they had signed the Contract in availing our house construction offer for them. They seemed satisfied with the scheme we gave and the service that would be laid, are surely soon to be started.  We are thankful for this couple for their time and for the ideas as well. This project to be is just one of the proofs that the company is really booming and that starting to make the name. As our first Interior works project in La Mirande, Grand Europa, we would like to share to all of you the so far construction enhancement for this project we have. As of now, this project is now moving fast with its interior polishing. As of today, August 16, 2011, it has now this development:

• Terrace tiled-flooring

• Carport tiled- flooring

• Lanai tiled-flooring

• Comfort room and lavatory’s installed granite slabs

• Feabled  carport area

• House back portion’s installed slab with tiled-flooring

Those are the improvements for the unit that are really presentable now to look at. As our first project in the area, we are happy as well to serve this client with full support with her house interior preferences. Soon to be, we will start with the fencing of this property as part of the plan and with the contract. We are hoping for smooth-sailing work for this one, so just keep on following our update for this project guys!

The almost 2 months long of construction for this unit, this one has its full structuring already and now on the blast with its full beautification to be. As its improvement as of August 15, 2011, it is now on its skim coating and concrete finishing with its walling and preparation for its tiles and more detailed improvement with its interior and views.

Pictures will show you the beauty of the works’ done and of the hard-work laid by our people, who are that dedicated with their duties and responsibilities for this project. This project will be done soon with its complete amenities with its well-planned architectural concept.  We will be updating you more with this, soon when we are starting with its polishing state, so keep us posted!

As we already shared to all of our viewers and dream house enthusiasts, this is now our 3rd on-going project we have in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo. This is now on its unstoppable improvement and it is visibly on its enhanced construction level. To update the owner as well as all of you who are following our website, we are happy to view you the updated photos for its improvement as of its 2nd week of construction.

It has its 2nd floor concrete pouring with all of our construction team. I would say that, it is really a good sign for the good house to be built, having a well-organize team of construction and solidified people in one goal in accomplishing this project to be done accordingly.

This is one of the Bungalow house construction projects we have situated in Opol area. We are thankful to spread the news to all of our viewers and visitors of this site, that even in or neighboring areas, we still can penetrate with our projects. This is one of our goals to comply to, to serve everyone, not only Cagay-anons, but those who are outside the city with their house concerns.

As of this month’s update, it is now having its house structuring and total house foundation for the entire house building. It is now having its every partition needed in its interior, as well as the roofing; soon enough to have this one its own colorful beau on its next update.  Still, we will post more updates for every improvement of this first project we have in Opol area, so all of you are welcome to view those soon!

For almost 4 months of construction, this two-storey house construction project in Menzi Orchard Residences is now on its almost done structuring. It has now view its form and the soon to be completed phases according to the perspective plan.

I personally could tell that this project brought a lot of meaning to each one in the business. Even our workers, who are base here in CDO, they are assign there to finish the project for 6 months long, is a great challenge already for every one of them. But, since we have this SERVICE- ORIENTED people and staff, we all take the challenge.  They work, they long for a magnificent result of this  project to be, they strive and endure and will still endure, just to make this house be made with good and right foundation and built-up, and  the most is the outcome.

As a review for the progress of this house project, as of August 4, 2011, it has now its each floor foundation, rooms partition, kitchen, family and living areas partitions, and the toilet & baths allocations and the house structuring is done, and this will be soon start its finishing touches with its paintings and color coding for each interior and exterior areas.

We will update you all for the further improvements of this Bukidnon area project we have. We are thankful that despite everything, this house project will be done accordingly and successfully. See you on our next update!

Another victory and success for every one in Homechoice Planners construction firm is this newly realized project in Golden Glow Village, which is owned by Mr. Joseph & Mrs. Annaliza Buerano.  This project has been processed for a time, and at last is now worked out!

This project is having this 120 s.q.m. lot and 125 s.q.m. floor areas.
