It is vividly viewed to all of us here on earth that in everything we do, there’s always a must thing to do and to fulfill, out of the blessings and boons, which God gave us. It is always an opportunity for us to share even a part of the things that we received.

Just like the Consolacion‘s family, they already received the blessings of making heir dream house to come true and be built in the right time and on the right time of their need. Thus, in our part in Homechoice Planners, we already made it as perfect as we could. For four months of building this unit, we come to an end of this project and even made it elegantly presentable!

Just last October 15, 2011, Mr. & Mrs. Sheila Consolacion had their house blessing on its newly built-bungalow right there, in Golden Glow Village! There were their kinship for both sides and of course, we from Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation staffs and people. We are still on the process of making its fence and it will be done as soon as possible.

In behalf of Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation’s management, we would like to thanks the Consolacion’s family for making your dream to come true with our help. Thank you for making us as part of your plan and for giving us time to share our part to do our duties, obligations and until it made successfully done with the ease and full understanding and humbled hearts you have!

“Location is not the reason to reach the dream house to be; whatever it takes, it must be reached!”

All of us would say that most of our dreams will not be come true because of hindrances around us. Thus, there are many concluded that even our simplest dream in life is will not be achieved due of immeasurable distance or location. But for us in HomeChoice Planners, we make things as much as possible reachable for our client/s; especially in terms of their house concern.

In line with this text, this project we have in Opol, which is having a location which could be described secluded and a bit far from the city proper, is now on its pick of improvements. But what makes us decide to have this even until to its finishing to be? It is our legacy that must be left to our client/s mind upon having our service.

As its construction update as of October 11, 2011, we have the following improvements:

Those are the improvements update for this unit project we have. This will be turned-over as well as what had been scheduled. With this project we could really say that even with its location, we still can cater services and we still can help, in a way, to our client/s in the way we know. We are hoping that all are will be okay while we are on the process of making this project to be finished with its fixtures and finishing touches soon to be.

In decision making for the family of where to live in together with the growing family members is really a must to be done well. One of our clients, who pointed the very great area to invest, is this Orbegoso family.

They are now their on-going house construction at Vista Verde Village, Pueblo. It is now almost a month construction and has the following developments updates:

19 pillars for its foundation for both 1st and 2nd storey
On-going structuring
And soon to be done preparation for the total house building frame

Though these are just the improvements for the mean time, it will be that great with its bearing. Our workers are still on fire to make this house unit to be done according to the plan of Mr. & Mrs. Orbegoso. We are happy to serve this family with all humility we have and the service that are expecting from us.

There are people who could just say that a lot of things around are not needed or just useless. But there are others as well, who would, in a way, make even the simple thing they have to its full blast of enhancements and improvement in life, as a whole. The latter are the people who value the life a lot and everything around.

What is it in pertinence with our project in Morning Mist Village? It is the thought of making use of the thing around by Mr. & Mrs. Lao’s with their assets and liabilities, just to make their inactive lot to turn to very active property would be in the near future. For those people who are at the pick side with their financial status, this will be nothing, but evaluating it perfectly- it’s really a great and big thing to be!

This is really a big house for the family, which they said to be turned to a commercialize type of a house to be. They want this to be an income-producing property to make it more valuable for their financial status and needs. This would really be an example of making a big thing from a little thing we have around us, or just simply utilizing the things we have to its pick use!

As for me, this is a great investment would be for the Lao’s family. This will surely help them to boost their financial stability and, of course, to make their family members to be ever supportive with the thought of making this one done as, this unit be realized with its total beau and elegance. It is really great! We are honored to say that at last, the Gamit’s family is now in its newly turned-over and finished interior works we did. Unhidden feelings there would be from us, because, in a way, we helped the family have their house desire, even with that not that big house they acquired from Bloomingdale subdivision. But, what make us so excited and that gay with this? It is the result or the outcome of our architect’s mind, our construction workers hard work and very kin to details, just to make the detailed plan be followed as it is, and of course, the help by God to have it successfully done with due time and effort by every one in the office and the people in Gamit’s family.

Today, October 8, 2011, they are having their house blessing at Iponan, where this unit they have is in. This will be the first day for the family to live in their ever prepared house after their exchange of vows. This will be also their first memoir for their starting family and with their soon to be born baby.

It is very pleasing to ears that we will be part of their lives story and their continual support for each other and for making their family bond tightly. From all of us in the office, we would like to sigh: “Welcome and Congratulations to both of you, Mr. & Mrs. Gamit for your newly done house!

“The great fundamentals of the house are its great pillars made of prayed concretes and built-in graces from above, before and while having the construction is started.”

For every project we have, we make sure that what we are starting is good to be called as the house of grace and soon to be a HOME for every family members of our client/s. As par with this another project we have in Golden Glow Village, we are on the full courage to have this Mr. & Mrs. Buerano’s house project to be done in-line with their ideas and of course, with God’s ways.

As part of its construction motion, we have these on the site:

Ready structure for the roofing to be
Completed concreting of its structure
A soon to be completed stairs from the ground floor to its second floor
Concreted terrace area on its second floor
And appraised percentage of its construction development by the bank

These are just the development of this unit as of the first week of this month. But this will be on its fast enhancement any days from now. We will be having this unit to be done as planned and to be constructed as what mainly the Holy Ghost wants it to be. It is really true that with the great fundamentals it has, that are inline with Him, this house is will be done with magnificent structure and graces to be for the entire family of Bueranos!

Jut like in our Mr. & Mrs. McMann’s house project, it is still going-on with its numbers of attaining progress in everyday. Our workers are that hard working enough to continue the project with its complete and details –as planned. They have now the following progress for this unit project:

almost done house structure
second concrete flooring
concreted walling for the first and second floors
going to be done preparation for the roofing
installed or attached electrical and water slots
concreted terrace area
ready stairs with concrete state

Those are the progress of this unit as of October 06, 2011. We will be posting lots of its improvements as soon as possible. We also meet once again Mr. McMann, who is a foreigner and a sea-base employee last week. And it is our pride to say that he is happy with the service we are rendering even this time of its early motion with the construction.

For three months of constructing this project we are on its final point and touch. We already installed everything needed for this unit to be done accordingly. We have the interior amenities and the exterior embellishing desired by the client to be having for this unit they have. Also, the water and the electricity are there installed.

Upon having this project, we are happy and proud to say that this one is also successful with all of the client’s desires to be accomplished and realized. All of the laid ideas by them and which were improved by our architect and the people who are in construction site, this one made possibly elegant and simply to be proud of!

We turned- over this unit just last Thursday, October 06, 2011. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. & Mrs. Loyola for giving us the chance to serve their will and to help them realized their dream house. It has been our pleasure to serve you with all of the ease we know and all of the skills we could prove to your family, just make this newly done house unit you have in Vista Verde Village, Pueblo for your kinship.

A warmth thank you and we could boast that there’s nothing compares of the thought of being and living in the house, where ever desired ideas and likes are being realized even from the single touch of it!

For weeks had past, this newly started project we have in Iponan, is now on its progress. It is a big success for the company to have this one being worked out for the mentioned family. This will be another achievement they have for life, when this project is will be done. And nothing compares of our blissfulness to make their dream house to come true in the near future.

And as part of the history of this house construction project, we have the following development for the entire building:

well-prepared foundation for the two-storey building
second floor concreted flooring and walling
on going house structuring for the both floors

They are still on the progress with the concreting of the entire structure. This is our second project in the said area. This will be a possibility for a great dream house is really at hand with our help. For 3 months of working with this unit, we are now on its almost perfect level. We are happy to say that this still going well with all of its house amenities to be. For months of having all the ideas from the owner and the people who makes this unit be like this now, we are proud to present to our entire viewer the update for today, October 7, 2011 of this house and lot construction package we have in Golden Glow Village area.

It has now having these: completed roofing, tiled flooring, kitchen tiles, built- in cabinets for kitchen and bed rooms, pin lights and center lights, installed water and electric, partitioned areas or bed rooms, toilet & bath, kitchen areas, painted walling in its interior and exterior areas, color coding bed rooms, well-mixed paint colors with its exterior, ready kitchen top, tiled lanai area and installed windows for all over the bed rooms, kitchen, and receiving areas.

This is soon to be done and to be turned-over to the Consolacion’s couple early this month as scheduled. We are also working out now the perimeter fence for this unit to be that elegantly done with the basic landscape. I will update more about this unit soon, so see you on the next improvement for this unit!
