Opol house construction project unit we have is now on its final level of accomplishing. As per its development updates, we have the following:

Completed structure
Completed exterior phases
Interior partitions and amenities are completed
Built-in cabinets for kitchen, bed rooms and toilet and baths are completely done
Bed rooms color concepts are ready
Exterior painting is done
Fence is already on its 90 percent level

As a whole, this unit is now on its 95% level of its construction. We are now on the process of completing its fence to make the project be done 100%. As of the moment, the owner is already here to monitor the project and they already saw their master piece house unit. We will turn-over this one the soonest as possible. We are glad that, despite everything else we still manage to make this project to its goal of making the owner happy with its result.

It is really true that even amidst the trials we encounter, even in the profession we are in, there is always be happiness at the end, when being taken into account. Like this project we have, we are thankful for this that this one now is soon to be done through the hard work, skills, determination, and dedication of our construction workers and office staff with the marketing officers we have.

For 6 months of having this house unit to be built, we came to its final moment of making it that elegantly and hugely presented aura. Just few weeks ago, we have this one with its almost done finishing touches and now finally done with its interior and exterior works, plus its fence works. We are, indeed, happy with the result of our master-piece and that we sustained with the ever-changing of ideas and issues came along our ways while having this one on field. But as long as those issues are essential for the grand outcome for this project, it will be okay and still superb for us.

As its final update for the construction of this unit, we formally and finally turn-over this unit to Mr. & Mrs. Lao. We personally gave the keys per door to Mrs. Lao, in behalf of her husband’s absence. Upon turning over to her the keys, we first discuss all the details and the necessary things that needed to be discussed before we let go of the house fully to the owner. It is a must that they will understand all of the happenings and all of those amendments of the plans and of those particular materials used due of the nature of the works call.

In everything we do, and in everything happens, there is always a reason. Just like in the business, there is a reason of success and even in every fall. But for us, what we always have in hearts is the successes which make all brilliantly at the top, in spite those unhealthy interventions around, which affects our performance.

But its really true that with those hearts of goodness and those people who are in one thought of rendering service and help to those in need, will be really blessed! In relation to this, is our firm which is now having these house and lot construction package in Phil-Am Village and in house construction project in Golf Estate.

The first one is own by Glorious, not the real name of the owner. She requested us to have that mysteriously. And for Golf Estate is own by Mr. & Mrs. Rubin, which is a luxurious and really a BIG two-storey house which we will ever build to be. As for the early construction update for these two new projects we have:

These two are now on its on-going foundation preparation works. These are almost a week of working until now, so those don’t have big development yet. But still we will keep you all updated as soon s possible with each improvements for these incoming weeks.

For the Glorious and Mr. & Mrs. Rubin families, we would like to extend our gratitude for making us part of your conceptualized dream houses to stand on the location you preferred. It is an honor for us to continue our service and extend our warmth service of honesty and cleanliness in conscience while having these units to be done in line with your desires and considerations.

The Kisanlu Iponan project we have is still going on with its every detail development. We are on the cue of its final touches or finishing soon. As its update recently, we have the following listed areas and work done:

Done plastering works
Completed corners works as well as the canopy
Partitioned areas for its interior amenities
Bedrooms floor tile toppings
Concreted carport
Ready septic tanks
High window works which is soon to be done

This is now on its 90% of its construction and which is to be turned-over soon. All of the major works with its interior are now done and those exterior touches are ready for the smoothening and those stone works filing as well. This will be done soon with its smoothening inside and those tiling with its toilet & baths, floorings and etc. A bit of cleaning with its surroundings and its full developed areas could really be seen.

We are happy with the run through of this unit, which is smooth sailing now and there are no heard problems so far since we started this project in Kisanlu area. There is really a hope of blessings and for full satisfaction for a well planned and well-worked out hope of this house structure. And we are happy with these developments that, in a way, this makes us feel at ease with the performance we have with these people on field. There is nothing compared feeling like the feeling of being reliable for everything we are doing with these in line projects we have in the firm.

Having a getting bigger family size is really a blessing, but needs bigger shelter as well. Not just a bigger shelter but the one which is near to those vital centers, especially those learning institutions and necessary centers. Just like the Orbegoso family, they have this consideration when they first decided to have this house unit for their convenience and for their kids who are still on elementary level. As part of its structure development, it has the now the following:

There is really a superb master-piece produced once being started with first-rated performance by the involved. This is what we can vulgarly view as completed project we have in Menzi Orchard Residences in Alae, Bukidnon. As the first house constructed and as our first house construction in that area, of course, this one is quite contributed as huge changes and challenges for those months. Why? It’s because of its first, location which is miles away from the city of Cagayan de Oro, second is its distance away from the neighboring cities’ amenities, and it’s transportation of the materials from CDO.

All those meant a lot of hard work, time consuming and long distance, which would consume as well, must our workers to stay their on the area for months away from their families here in CDO. This one is one of the grand and expensive projects we have since from the start, but it is worth, because we have the unit now, which is really boosting with its made-up. As per the update this month, it is just having a sun blasting lacking in the works, cabinet doors and henges.

This project is soon to be turn-over as possible. Like that of the other project we have, this will be done this week, hopefully. For 6 months of having this unit to be constructed, it is now having a very distinguished view and to be proud of American-style house unit. All of its exterior views are American-inspired one as the developer requires. We built this one according to their restrictions and rules in building a house in Menzi.

As per the updates among our on-going projects in different areas here in Cagayan de Oro, this one is, which we can say, a tedious, challenging, yet still manageable one for us to finish with its cost. Its area which is secluded and it not having enough water facility for us to run the construction smoothly, it really made our operation a bit affected. But what important is that, even with these lapses or short comings upon having this project, just for the vision we have in the office to serve our clients and to help them achieve their dream house for whatever reason they may have, we still could cater the somewhat impossible ways and service that they need most.

For almost 3 months of having this project unit, we have this following development report for everybody’s information as well:

Completed house structure
Completed roofing and ceiling works
Completed tiles topping and tiles filing for flooring and for the toilet and baths
Completed traces, plastered all corners, and skim coated
Completed partitioned
Filed stone works and sun blasted

Painted with its designated areas in its interior

This is scheduled this week for its turn-over to be. As targeted time by the owner, they will be coming over from abroad this first week of December. Thus, we can then, turn-over this unit to them. This is in response as well with the Christmas celebration we have for this season with Mosqueda’s family. We are going to finish this unit with all the best that we can, even with those encumbrances came along our way of having this unit be done.

Those are just spices of our architectural works. Without those shared ideas and exchanged of emotion between the owner and our firm, just to make this project be continually constructed to its best, is just a reflexion of this season. We take those as constructive moments and shared boons from above. And because we have the mercies from above and intellect and the means to do things possible just to make your longed house to be in the future, we know, we believe, that no matter how it is seems to be impossible, and of how you perceive things to us, even it is that negatively viewed, we are still and humble enough to treat you and feel your concern with full humility and sincerity; that is because we know that what you want for your family, is also the want we have for your family to gain! This Vista Verde Village project of house & lot we have is now also in action to its duly scheduled finishing. With its two-storey house structure, it is now on its next level of enhanced works. For its November construction updates, we have the following:

Spandrill installed
Septic tank done
Ceiling works done
On-going cabinets works
Partitioned areas for bedrooms, toilets and baths, garage, balcony/ terrace, living, kitchen areas, dirty kitchen and laundry areas.
Skim coat walling
Sun blast outside walling
Filed mangima stones at its front view

The only lacking developments for this project are the garage concreting and fencing. But the construction is still going-on for this one to be completed as well. This will going on to its finishing to be with its interior as well soon! The materials are ready for this unit to be smoothed and be having its tiles on for its specific areas and the soon to be viewed beatification in its interior. Last week, those bed rooms cabinets will be done too this week, as well as the paintings for each corner of this unit will be rolled too!

In every detail of this project was being contributed by each of the architect, client or the owner, the masons and those engineers on field, together with the construction workers, who are once again showed and contributed their behavior of being hard working people just to accomplish the main goal of this house to be look like so elegant. We are happy, that even to those people in the construction site, are that in one goal with us in the office staff, which is to serve our clients with full determination and hard work, just to make this unit be successfully made possible!

This two-storey house project we have in Golden Glow Village is now on its great development. As we have the below list for its works updates from the hard working masons, construction workers and the field engineers we have. This project is now on its blast to be on its full development with its construction. As our many construction workers are now assign in this project to be done as scheduled. This will be accordingly finished and that presentable as well, like those our other projects. As of now, we are in the midst of this project’s expected beau to be. This two-storey house is soon to be turn-over to the owner, Mr. Joseph Buerano following the dealt contract with us and the things that are being. We are still on the go of making this one to be one of our master pieces here in Uptown Areas in Pueblo de Oro. Thus we are hoping that things will be okay upon having the on-going finishing touches and works for this one to be followed as planned and that to be a grand piece in our architectural works, which is really a great cause for our great performance and perseverance in the world of construction.

Things around will not be okay or to be done accordingly without the perseverance and the total dedication needed to make the thing completed. There might be lots or numbers of barriers or waves that would come along the way when working for it to be worked out, but still, it will depend on how we weigh those things out to make it completed in the way we like it to be. In the company, we usually challenge with the thing that we have in every day, especially those with our projects on field. But what counts most, is the WAY of how to make those completed and be on its targeted desires by the clients to be addressed according to their budget, the time, and the service of ours, which we have even until the finishing per project we have.

Having the full blast of our people in the construction firm, our staffs, plus the enduring support of the church people who make our project done accordingly done on time, our Mr. Lao & Mrs. Lao’s house project is now come to its completion. So far, this project went well and we are happy that, at last, this one completed with the conceptualized and targeted time for this project to be done. We are thankful that all things around, upon having this project on construction were going well and that we can finally turn over this as soon as possible.
