“ New start for a new day of hope from the old day of real life!”

This project in Philam Life Village we have is now on its new beginning of continuing its progress of construction with its house amenities. After the flood, we are now on the motion of making this project continuously working with the following development updates:

Pouring of Roof beam in 100%
Soil back filling at ground floor slab
Filling of CHB in 65%
Removing of scaffolding and forms
Filling of CHB in 85% just recently done this week
Removing of scaffoldings and forms

For next week we will be having this activity for this project:

Continuation of CHB filling
Pouring of ground floor slab
Removing of forms and scaffoldings
Filling of ground floor slab
Electrical works

Those are the improvements for this project, which is to be done within 6 months long. It is so good to hear that we are doing well with this project. This will then be another unit we have in this subdivision which is also in big structure as those units in this area, which are really magnificently made for the Excellency of the architectural works and field. We motion according to the process of how we perceived and plan for our client.

The recently done calamity might have affected us, but despite everything, we are longing and serving our client in full blast of dedication, following the new precursor for the new life from a real life’s tantrum. And with this project unit we have in this area, we would like to extend our gratitude to the Almighty of making us all in the construction firm healthy and safe, to continue our service and the vision we have in the company.

It is the year of a dragon, as what our fellow Chinese people had shared to everyone. This year is will be of what the Psychics and other individuals, who believes that this will be a doomsday for humanity. But it still depends on each of us of which and whom to believe. The most important one is that, we believe of our own God and has the complete on His words and goodness to all of us. This doomsday prediction as well creates psychological impact to our fellowmen. Thus, this even makes others to be stocked up with their days, belief and activities. But, as for us, from Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, we still on the height of faith that doomsday is actually not this year or just those yesterdays, we always experience the so called doomsday- in different forms; only we are not that anxious enough to realize those. The same way of those blessings and graces from above, which we usually take for granted. The great thing happened about the lately disaster we experienced is that, all of us in the city of Cagayan de Oro is the shown solidarity, harmony in helping every one and of sharing all the blessings that we have to one another in order to start again after the realm of encumbrances we experienced.

And as part of the company’s concern and responsibility to all of our clients, we do have the good start and in the height of making our new year goodly with the good rays of rainbow to all of us in the company as a cue of good start from everything happened. We do have numbers of newly started projects, new accounts to take and to render services to our new clients for this New Year. We do also have the newly prepared system, which is applicable and beneficial to every one in the company and for those people involving the entire construction firm.

We are hoping for the good fruit and for the good result this year. “ New hope for a new life for this season of New year!”

After the huge, shocking and troublesome flood the city of Cagayan de Oro had experienced, all of the government and non-government agencies, private sectors and companies, tied up together with the thought of helping each family who was victimized by the said incident. There are varying outreach programs and relief operations are being rendered and given to every area of casualties. The big names of big governmental and private sectors or agencies are the Red Cross organization, JCI’s organizations, DSWD, Church groups all throughout the city, Globe Telecom, Smart, and those other telecommunication providers. These are just few of those agencies that helped and still on the act of giving to all of those casualties with their food, clothing, and medicine and in kind need for daily.

Bureau of Fire Protection in Malaybalay and in the City are also part of the said help act by providing their assigned areas of responsibility in Cagayan De Oro to ration water to residences and establishments, even in Divisoria areas, where lots of businesses and commercial tools and places in. There are also the ever-compared participation and rescuing by those police men, to those people who are deceased by the flood in Consolacion area and to those neighboring areas which are still subject to inspection for any possibility of searching dead bodies right along the river side.

Along with those lined-up Barangays and governmental activities for relief operations, we, in Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation and RPM Realty people, were in one caused with them – To help those people in Consolacion areas feel the Spirit of Christmas despite everything happened. As our act, we conducted a Clean-up Drive at Isla Kupa, Consolacion area just last December 27, 2011. That was to lead the people there to bring out and have their rubbish taken to the dump site and have their area be cleaned to avoid any sickness from the garbage. The clean up drive started at 8:30 up to the next day, which is enough for the people to have their area clean from those solidified state of rubbish outside their houses, and which also made the road thinner and inconvenient for any vehicle to pass through.

On the same day, we also roamed around Consolacion to distribute snacks randomly, and to those people and children around. That is for us to show how sorry we are of what happened to every one of them and to extend the blessing, as well, we have to them. On the act, we did see every one’s eyes joy and smile of happiness even with the little things, yet memorable for them to cherish. That was a big thing for them and we are happy to see them smiling.

Christmas is really for giving, sharing, forgiving and accepting. And it is really a great thing for us to share the goodness from above and to show and share to one another every blessing, skill and kind-hearted we have. For us, it is not a time for partying only, but to actualize the real essence of Christmas and to cherish the meaning of new year through charitable acts to our countrymen, especially these people who are the victims of the said recently passed by typhoon Sendong.

New hope comes from new acts and ways of sharing and giving, new concept of celebrating Christmas, and new set of worn clothing from party clothing to clean up drive attires! Wasn’t it that exciting and full of joy experience? It really was for each one of us from HomeChoice Planners and RPM Realty! That was one of a kind experience and overwhelming moment for all of us in the office, seeing every victim’s eyes that are cheering for happiness and gladness they felt with our presence and God’s rays as well!

12 months are almost done and just days to count for 2011 to end up and the 2012 to start. All of our family members, co-workers, fellow men and people around the city are celebrating this season of Christmas, wherein sharing of blessings received either from salary or in kind, loving and respect, forgetting oneself’s pride and anger, tantrums, envy and making the Christ-like mode of mood to excel than anything else in all surface.

This is how Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation show its gratitude and thanksgiving for all the clients, graces and blessings from God- to extend its blessing to every construction worker, mason, architect, and sales agent in the form of thanks giving gathering, wherein, the Holy Spirit and the word of God is the core and as recognition of His Holiness and kind-hearted one to give numbers of blessings to the company all through the year of 2011.

Just last December 23rd this year, at around 9 in the morning, we gather once again at Bodega area of Homechoice Planners and witnessed the bountiful harvest of the company of how it brought blessings to every person comprising the company and of making it as the vehicle of every construction workers or workers to achieve more in their lives with their families, while they are in the company. The gathering was attended by the Assembly of God people and the real estate agents as well in RPM Realty, which is the sister company of Homechoice Planners. The gathering was formally done with our client guest, Mr. Jerry Newland, who first shared his testimony to everyone of how gracious he is and of how thankful he is of having the company’s service and for making his house in time and durable, following his ideas. There was also Joseph, one of the leading foremen of the construction firm, who is the oldest in service of the company, who shared his testimony as one of the workers, who benefited a lot from the company and with his own family, since the day when he joined the company. As for him, compared to his previous work, he is having now a lot of changes and improvements in life than before monetarily, spiritually, and materially. Yours truly, also shared the world of marketing officers, as the representative with the vision in one with the people in the company and with the construction workers to be blessed and to be a blessing.

After the prayer program, there was a food fellowship given to every one, wherein, from that moment, I could really feel the true happiness from within in serving these people, who once again could experience the blessing and the essence of Christmas, even with the big bang calamity happened in the City of Cagayan de Oro today.

Thank you for all of those people who attended the said event and for sharing their time rejoicing the name of God, despite everything happened to us here in the city. We are thankful as well of making the event more reasonable and so blessed with all of the good intention we have in our hearts to make the event possibly successful and with the portrayed spirit of Christmas. After the sonorous evening, that the city of Cagayan de Oro had experienced, our Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation firm is still on duty and job of making our client’s on the spot of priority. Thus, as one of our projects all around the city, the one we have in Opol had been turned-over and held its house blessing just last Tuesday, December 20, 2011. It is on that said area where we built and conducted the blessings with full praising and honoring God for making this house unit to be done accordingly with full ease, ways and possibility.

From all of us in Homechoice Planners & Construction Corporation, we are happy to have this one done despite everything happened, even with those waves that our workers and the management had encountered upon having this unit is being built. But to sum it up, the entire project is successfully done and made beautifully with its total beau of its design and the positive aura with its blended paint colors to each room, piled stone works on its outside view, well-furnished interior with its completed house amenities and the fence which surrounds its area.

We finished the blessing at 6 in the afternoon on the same day. We headed to Lighthouse in Gaisano Mall to have the fellowship. While in there, we partook with the prepared blessings on the tables, and for us, as well to enjoy the company we have with the owner and her entire family members. It really is believable on their naked eyes, that with that seemed-barren lot they have, is now having their own dream house, which is really could boost on the area with its boosting views and angles. The barren lot is now having a good life shoeing through the bungalow house we built. To see is to believe with the ever-observed hard work, perseverance and dedication by all of our workers in the firm, just to make this project be done bountifully.

Many are the things happened for this year in the company and there are those that are really, memorable and that, to be kept in. As we go through to our journey with this construction field in profession we have, we encounter lots of things to treasure too. There are those experiences on field that are not that enticing to us to keep on going, but there are those as well, which are healthily reasonable. Like this house and lot project we have here in Golden Glow Village, which is really doing good and on its blast of interior enhancements with the construction update it has for the month of December.

As of December, first week, it has now the following improvements:

Installation of ceiling 30%
Installation of synthetic stone (continuation) 85%
PVC doors installed 25%
Skim coating including molding 95%

Until now, our workers are still on the site to have every detail of its construction will be done precisely and that highly satisfactorily. Those improvements are soon to be elevated to with their scheduled over time to have its traces be scheduled and for its roofing soon. Hopefully for this month, we can make this unit be done with its roofing for the continued tiles installation and for its interior finishing too. We will update you all about this unit too soon. This is to treasure all of the good things done by the company with the owner of this house construction project we have for this year. We will make sure that, with the goodness of this house owner, we will deliver them the good unit which they are expecting to gain in the future.

“Splendid aura of architecture is could be revealed through boosting plan as well.”

Who would not like to be known of the boosting and seemed to be magical planned architectural unit to be? A lot of us would rather make to our pick strength just to have the splendid result. Even in this field of building the unit you longed for, for our family, we always to make sure that things will get better and the most is, to make it even greater in terms of its ever predicted concept. Just like this project we have in Phil-Am Life Village now, we called this as the project 1 here, since at this point, this is the on-going unit which is on construction, though we already have another units built here.

For this house project we have, this is also a two-storey having the 200 s.q.m lot area, 230 s.q.m. floor area, 6 bed rooms and 5 toilet & baths and those quite many and luxurious interior house amenities for the 1st and 2nd floors. This is really a big house structure to be for the owner and the family. As for the record for its construction run through, we already had its ground breaking and lot dedication last November 03, 2011. That was in preparation for the series of construction activities that are now in line for this unit to be made greatly.

Just this month of December, we started the construction for this unit and now on its 7th day of construction. As per the update of this project, we have the following:

Ready foundation pillars for the big structure
Concrete poured for all the pillars foundation
Installation reinforcement for 2nd floor column
Installation of forms
Pouring of column for 2nd floor
Filling of CHB or hollow blocks

This area is really rocky, which made our workers into tremendous labor just to make their work be done with the digging and area preparation in challenged. But with the unified strength of every body in the field, and with the help of God’s strength, they made the foundation with the ease and the full safety for all of our workers.

As planned, this will be done within 6 months and for 6 months also for our workers to have their patience, dedication, hard work and loyalty to their profession and field chosen. Of course, even us in the office, this will be another unit for us to take into account to be finished with ease, hopefully and that successfully made possible with the full guidance and safety needed for all of our workers on field. That is the only prayer we have for them, who give their very best to the office, to us, marketing officer, the company, to the clients, and to their families mainly.

This is one of the projects we have that is being closed this month of merriness, which we are all keep on eye with the laborious yet full of gayness we would be. We will keep you updated for the development of this big house to be and hope all of you to have a really MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This project we have in Kisanlu  Iponan is now on it’s on the moment of enhancing the interior and its exterior works along with the plan of making it more appealing and that viewed according to what the architectural works prepared for this project unit we have. As per the development of this unit, we have the following areas of enhanced area as of December, this week:

Concreted garage
Completed septic tanks
Smoothed walling
Railings installation for stairs
Removing of scaffoldings on the back portion
Completed installation of ceiling
Tiled floorings

So far, these are the on-going enhancements for this unit, which we are now keeping on eye for its near completion; as the owner is expecting for its eminent result for this month. That’s what they are expecting and hoping to have this unit be done for this Christmas season, like what we are hoping too, but as our standard goes, this must be worked out according to plans and be then finished as what we planned to following the blue print we have in the right time as well. This is to make our work goodly and that perfectly molded to the best outcome which all of us are expecting to. Making all areas rightly worked out, and making all of the developments for this unit rightly following the right decision by the owner and the office team with the right architectural views as well, is would create right structure and magnificent and right house building to be!

Days are passing by and we are on the pick of making our every day productive and that beautifully made with the goal we aimed for. Thus, even in our projects we make sure to have the at most performance and the service that we could render for our clients to be satisfied. Especially in this season of bountiful harvest in all field and aspects in our lives, it is very pleasing to ears to have every work we have to be accomplished and well presented in all angles.

In relation to our project in Vista Verde Village, it is now the elevated enhancements with its structure and total construction work. As of December 7, 2011, we have the following areas of development:

Complied 1st and 2nd concreted structure
Complied floor concreting
Complied wall filling
Partitioned interior for its bed rooms, toilet & baths, dining, kitchen, lanai, terrace laundry and carport areas
Smoothened walls

This project is now on its 45% and we are still counting for its improvement soon; as the construction work is still going on. As perceived and planned, we will have this one roofed before this month ends and with its further interior development mainly the floor and the ceiling. “The end is near to come!”

It’s the last month for this year of 2011. A month of merriness and thanksgiving for all the boons we received from above and from those treasured happenings and moments from the close people surround us. In relation to the field we are in construction, we are happy to say that we are really into the spirit of Christmas with this project we have in Vista Verde Village. It is now on its full blast of making this unit to make on it’s fully condition and to its finishing level. We are now having these improvements:

Completed structural view
Concreted walls and floor
Partitioned interior for its bedrooms, toilet & baths and inside house amenities
Filed stones with its exterior and its front view
Installed electrical slots and wirings to all designated areas and the water connection as well
Built-in cabinets were being installed in the bed rooms
Tiled toilet & bath on its second floor
And tiled floorings to be done
Walk pathway concreted
Completed roofing

Those are the enhancements of this unit which will be done as soon as possible. We are on its 80 % and counting as of today. Its beau is now really enticing and it is on the mood of making the house to be finished with its finishing touches in the interior. As this Christmas season is going on, we are happy to have the service we render to this owner of this unit.
